Is my package well protected? Each product is delivered in its wooden box, in its reinforced cardboard box, or in neat packaging. Each package is packed with the utmost care and with extra bubble wrap to avoid any risk of breakage. Rest assured, even if you have to be away, you will receive your package directly in your mailbox.

Return Policy

It would be a shame to want to return a product purchased at Akolzol. But we always respect your choice, it can happen, and we will do what is necessary to satisfy your request.

Akolzol’s return policy “satisfied or refunded” lasts 14 days from receipt of your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to proceed? Simply send an email to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the product stating that you want an exchange or a refund of the product. Don’t forget to add your name, your address, and the date you placed your order.

Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
