    6-Can I catch COVID-19 from a package that would be shipped to me?

    No, The World Health Organization (WHO) has argued that the risk of catching COVID-19 from a shipped package is low. Coronaviruses do not survive in external environments for very long. Furthermore, there are no recorded cases thus far of this virus being spread through courier

    services.

    7– What measures the Akolzol takes to address to ensure safety under current conditions of pendemic?

    Akolzol takes multiple steps to ensure the safety of its products and shipments. Disinfectant sprays are applied to all shipments received at our warehouses, which undergo frequent disinfection and sanitizing daily by our cleaning staff. Employees who handle products and shipments undergo daily temperature checks, and are required to wear surgical masks at all the times.

    8. How do I modify the quantity of a product in my shopping cart?

    On the top right corner just Click on “view shopping cart” to see a
    list of your selected products with quantity and pricing in your shopping cart. Change the quantity of the item and click “modify cart” to update the contents of your shopping cart.

    9– Where I can find the billing information?

    Click on cart and you’ll see’’ view cart’’ and ‘’checkout options’’, go to the checkout option it will bring you to the billing info page.

    10-How do I pay for my merchandise?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for online orders, subject to proper authorization. In some cases, we can bill your Airway Manual Customer Account if you have one (subject to approval). If you wish to pay by another method, simply submit your request via email without any payment information

    11. Can I pay off my delinquent account online?

    Unfortunately, Akolzol is not offering this option at the present time online, but we hope we’ll be able to offer it in the future.

    12. How does the Akolzol confirm my order?

    Our ordering system will automatically send you a confirmation email that states your order was successfully submitted. Please make sure that the email address you provide is correct. Upon processing, an additional email message will be sent to

    confirm your order with applicable taxes and shipping charges calculated, and a shipping order number for your records.

    13. What is Akolzol’s return policy and who do I contact regarding returns?

    15. I’m an in Australian resident, but I’m not able to purchase anything through Akolzol. Why?

    Yes if your country is not listed in the drop-down, you reside in a country that is possibly under embargo and we cannot register accounts or ship to parties residing in

    countries embargoed. Please contact us using the information below.
