Is my package well protected? Each product is delivered in its wooden box, in its reinforced cardboard box, or in neat packaging. Each package is packed with the utmost care and with extra bubble wrap to avoid any risk of breakage. Return Policy

It would be a shame to want to return a product purchased at Akolzol. But we always respect your choice, it can happen, and we will do what is necessary to satisfy your request.

Akolzol’s return policy “satisfied or refunded” lasts 14 days from receipt of your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
