We are pleased to offer free delivery without a minimum purchase for any order placed on Akolzol Boutique.
Delivery times:
- Processing time: 1-5 days
- Delivery time (metropolitan areas): 2-3 weeks
- Average processing time: 1-3 days
- Average delivery time: 9-21 days
If you order more than one product, you may receive multiple packages, as manufacturing and shipping times may vary slightly.
Why these delivery times? We work directly with craftsmen around the world. Every product is handmade and made to order.
Is my package well protected? Each product is delivered in its wooden box, in its reinforced cardboard box, or in neat packaging. Each package is packed with the utmost care and with extra bubble wrap to avoid any risk of breakage. Rest assured, even if you have to be away, you will receive your package directly in your mailbox.
Return Policy
It would be a shame to want to return a product purchased at Akolzol. But we always respect your choice, it can happen, and we will do what is necessary to satisfy your request.
Akolzol’s return policy “satisfied or refunded” lasts 14 days from receipt of your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to proceed? Simply send an email to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the product stating that you want an exchange or a refund of the product. Don’t forget to add your name, your address, and the date you placed your order.
Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request. If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchange: We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same article, send us an e-mail to [email protected] and send your items to:
Expedition: To return a product, You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from it. Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
